Recovery happens in the body, in relationship, and over time. Whether you’re seeking support for yourself, referring a client, or exploring how this work can support a program or community, there are clear ways to enter.
You don’t have to figure it all out.
Just begin where you are.
Guided group experiences in nature that offer a gentle and accessible entry point into the work. These walks support nervous system regulation, presence, and reconnection—no experience needed.
Led by Jammie and our team of guides.
A closed, committed group that meets monthly throughout the year. Designed for women ready to deepen their relationship with themselves, the land, and their healing process, this journey offers consistency, connection, and integration over time.
This is not about rushing change—it’s about allowing something real to unfold through rhythm, relationship, and repeated moments of safety.
If you feel called to this work, you’re invited to join the waitlist.
Personalized, 1:1 sessions in nature for women seeking deeper support, reflection, and integration. These sessions offer a slower, more individualized space to reconnect with the body and process what is unfolding.
Ideal for those referred through therapy or recovery programs, or for women seeking a more personal, supported space.
You don’t have to have it all figured out—just reach out and we’ll find the right place to begin.

Offerings include:

• On-site nervous system education
• Select individual support
If you’re interested in bringing this work into your program, I’d love to connect.
A collaborative, nature-based offering designed for treatment centers, recovery programs, and wellness organizations seeking deeper nervous system support.
This work bridges the gap between clinical care and embodied healing—bringing individuals out of cognitive processing and into direct, lived experience in the body.
Offerings may include:
• Monthly Forest Therapy Walks
• In-facility nervous system education (NSI-informed)
• Experiential group sessions for regulation and integration
Each partnership is thoughtfully designed to meet the needs of your program and the populations you serve.
This is not a replacement for clinical care—it is a complementary layer of support where healing can be experienced in the body.
Frequently Asked Questions
Recovery isn’t just about sobriety—it’s about coming back into relationship with yourself.
At Recovery Untamed, recovery includes healing from addiction, trauma, burnout, grief, and the patterns that keep us disconnected from our bodies and our lives. It’s a process of reconnecting with your voice, your rhythm, and your capacity to feel safe and fully present.
This work supports recovery not just through insight, but through embodied experience—so healing can be felt, not just understood.
Forest Therapy Walks are guided, sensory-based experiences that invite you to slow down, connect with the natural world, and allow your nervous system to settle. There’s no pressure to share or process—just space to be, notice, and receive.
Coaching sessions are more personalized and conversational. We may incorporate nervous system tools, reflection, and guided support to help you process what’s unfolding and integrate it into your life.
Both support healing—one through presence, the other through intentional guidance.
Yes.
Private sessions are fully personalized and designed around your needs, whether that’s nervous system support, recovery integration, or simply having a space to slow down and reconnect.
For organizations and recovery programs, offerings can be tailored to support group dynamics, treatment goals, and the level of care needed.
No.
Forest Therapy is not a hike or a workout. We move slowly and intentionally, often covering short distances with plenty of time to pause, sit, and rest.
This work is designed to be accessible and supportive for a wide range of abilities and experiences.
We work with the rhythms of nature whenever possible.
Light rain can actually deepen the experience, but in cases of severe weather, sessions may be rescheduled for safety. You’ll always receive clear communication ahead of time.
Yes.
I partner with recovery programs, treatment centers, and wellness organizations to offer both guided Forest Therapy experiences and nervous system (NSI) education.
These offerings are designed to support integration—helping individuals embody the work they’re already doing in therapy and recovery.
Life happens, and I do my best to be flexible while honoring the integrity of this work.
For individual sessions, I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Group and retreat policies may vary and will be shared at the time of registration.
In some cases, yes.
While this work is most impactful in nature, virtual sessions are available for those who are not local or need additional support between in-person experiences.
That’s completely okay.
You’re welcome to reach out, and we can find the right entry point together—whether that’s a walk, a private session, or something more ongoing.
You don’t have to figure it out alone.
