If you’re feeling the need to slow down, reset, or reconnect with yourself in a more grounded way—this work offers a different way in.
This is not a hike or a nature lesson. Forest Therapy is a guided, sensory-based experience rooted in the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku, or “forest bathing.” It’s about slowing down, tuning in, and allowing nature to support your healing, clarity, and well-being.
Forest Therapy can be a complementary practice alongside therapy and recovery work—supporting the nervous system in integrating what is often processed cognitively—into the body.
You’ll be gently guided through a series of invitations that support you in noticing, connecting, and being present with the natural world.
There’s nothing you need to perform or figure out. You simply show up as you are, move at a slower pace, and allow yourself to receive.
Walks typically last 2.5–3 hours and include quiet reflection, optional sharing, and a closing tea ceremony.

Research continues to show that time in nature—especially when paired with guided, mindful practices—can support both mental and physical well-being.
It’s a practice that meets you where you are—and over time, begins to shift how you relate to yourself and the world around you.

While one walk can feel restorative, the real transformation happens through regular connection. Like any healing path, Forest Therapy deepens with consistency. As you return to the practice again and again, you may fbegin to notice more ease in your body, more clarity in your life, and a deeper sense of grounding.

Whether you’re seeking rest, reconnection, or a deeper relationship with yourself — you are welcome here. No prior experience is necessary. Just a willingness to show up, take a breath, and be present with what’s here.
Come walk with us. The forest is waiting.
Whether you’re coming for yourself or referring someone you care about, this is a place to begin.
