The Walks

We commit to the practice of Forest Therapy and incorporate its methods into daily life. As an open-ended therapy without finite goal and destination, each session warrants continued results. You’ll be guided by your needs and nature-inspired path. We approach Forest Therapy as a routine practice, developing a deep and meaningful relationship of reciprocity in which the forest and the participant work to achieve a synergistic wholeness and wellbeing.


**While a recovery coach and therapist can address similar internal needs, a recovery coach focuses expressly on the present and pinpoints ways to achieve a client’s goals, rather than looking to past events. As a coach, I do not diagnose or treat addiction and mental health needs. Instead, I focus on your dreams, objectives, and the daily steps you can take to move toward them. I am here to assist as you navigate the obstacles standing between you and who you desire to be. With a coach, you’ll struggle less as we press into better decision-making practices.  

Group Forest Therapy Walks

Takes place in a group setting where:

  • a series of guided invitations are offered to assist you in finding your authentic way of interacting with the forest
  • engage in the practice of remembering to slow down and practice being. 
  • spend intentional time, unrushed and void of urgency, awakening our senses and therefore resting our minds. 
  • allow your body to lead as you’re guided to tap into your senses and connect with nature.
  •  unlock the healing components of the natural environment.

Recovery Forest Walk

  • expand on the therapeutic facets of our standard Walks while integrating theme-based invitations focused on spiritual principles and ideas. 
  • You are invited to look inward as you’re held by nature, discovering your true essence and experiencing a particular principle such as gratitude, trust, partnership, humility, etc.

Individual & Family Forest Therapy Walks

  • private sessions for an individual, couple, or family.
  • embody the core practices of a general Forest Therapy Session with a customized component to address your personal goals. 
  • encouraging connection and play in new ways.
