If you’ve ever felt the need to reset, to find peace, or to reconnect with yourself in a more grounded way—Forest Therapy might be what you didn’t know you were looking for.
This is not a hike or a nature lesson. Forest Therapy is a guided, sensory-based experience rooted in the Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku, or “forest bathing.” It’s about slowing down, tuning in, and allowing nature to support your healing, clarity, and well-being.
You’ll be gently guided through a series of invitations that help you notice, connect, and be present with the natural world. There’s no pressure to perform or achieve anything. You simply show up as you are, move slowly, and allow yourself to receive.
Walks typically last 2.5 to 3 hours and include time for quiet reflection, optional sharing, and a closing tea ceremony.
Studies have shown that time in nature—especially when paired with mindful, guided practices—can:
It’s a practice that meets you where you are—and over time, begins to shift how you relate to yourself and the world around you.
While one walk can feel restorative, the real transformation happens through regular connection. Like any healing path, Forest Therapy deepens with consistency. As you return to the practice again and again, you may find more ease in your body, more clarity in your life, and more rootedness in your journey.
Whether you’re seeking rest, renewal, or reconnection—you are welcome here. No prior experience is necessary. Just a willingness to show up, take a breath, and be present with what’s here.
Come walk with us. The forest is waiting.
