Recovery coaching is a strengths-based support for those invested in their recovery journey. Recovery from what, you might ask. Often we must seek and recover our own, unique UNtamedNESS. Through an intimate, confidential relationship, we identify your stalls and roadblocks, identifying what’s right about what’s wrong.
My purpose is to assist you in forming your plan of action, to help you achieve your goals and provide accountability. I will support you through weekly two-hour walks in the forest, during which we’ll review your progress objectively. Together, we’ll assess what’s working, what’s not, and the best way to move forward with intention.
As a coach, I encourage self-care and personal responsibility, guiding clients toward healing strategies and exercises.
