Recovery Coaching

At Recovery Untamed, coaching isn’t about fixing you. It’s about walking alongside you as you remember who you are—beyond the coping, beyond the roles, beyond the survival.

This is recovery that goes deeper than sobriety.

It’s for the woman who is ready to live with more presence, more softness, and more truth.


What Recovery Coaching Is

Recovery coaching offers a supportive, structured space to help you navigate the work of healing—without judgment, performance, or pressure.

We explore not just what you’re recovering from—but what you’re recovering toward.


My approach blends:

  • Nervous system education and regulation tools (NSI-informed)
  • Somatic awareness to help you feel safe in your body again
  • Nature-based metaphors and land-connected language to ground your healing
  • Recovery principles for those working within or beyond 12-step models


Who It’s For

Recovery Coaching is for you if you are:

  • Navigating sobriety, whether new or long-term
  • Experiencing grief, burnout, or emotional depletion
  • Unlearning hyper-responsibility or people-pleasing
  • Trying to regulate your nervous system but still feel “stuck”
  • Ready to heal in a way that’s embodied, sustainable, and soul-rooted

You don’t need to have all the answers. You just need a safe space to begin.


What to Expect

Each session is customized to meet you where you are.

We might explore a recent trigger, process grief, practice grounding techniques, or create a nervous system rhythm that works in your daily life.


You’ll be guided, not pushed.

Supported, not analyzed.

Heard, not hurried.


Sessions are 60 or 90 minutes and can be held:

  • In-person (Centerville or Conroe, TX)
  • Sometimes virtually, via Zoom


We typically meet weekly or bi-weekly, depending on your needs.

How We Begin: A Rhythm for Transformation

To explore whether Recovery Coaching is the right fit for you, we’ll begin with a discovery session. If it feels aligned, we’ll move forward with a twelve-week commitment—giving your journey the space it needs to unfold through both our sessions and the practices you’ll engage with in between. It’s the consistent use of these tools that helps solidify the shift.


This is not a passive journey—it’s an active one that requires your commitment, presence, and willingness to show up for yourself in new ways.
