To explore whether Recovery Coaching is the right fit for you, we’ll begin with a discovery session. If it feels aligned, we’ll move forward with a twelve-week commitment—giving your journey the space it needs to unfold through both our sessions and the practices you’ll engage with in between. It’s the consistent use of these tools that helps solidify the shift.
